February 11, 2020 (Pittsburgh, PA) – Pittsburgh’s esports team is growing with the addition of their new Rainbow 6 Siege roster. The Knights have signed Riley “Stigs” Mills, Harper “Hayward” Hayward, Mark-Angelo “Dino” Abboud, Jaeden “Stryder” Calder, and coach Jed “Pikniq” Dixon – formerly known as team Homeless.
This will be the lineup’s first appearance in the R6 Pro League, having recently moved up from the Challenger Division.
“I really believe in this team’s potential,” says Knights esports consultant Garett Bambrough. “Finding a team with such great personalities plus a desire to win is hard to come by”. This will be the only FPS game in the Knights’ current lineup and they are very pleased with his addition. Bambrough explains, “Rainbow 6 Seige has grown into an esports powerhouse – this game has such a storied history and we’re truly excited to be involved in its future”.
The Pittsburgh Knights will be announcing their fifth player to round out the team next week. Look for the Knights in Season 11 of the R6 Pro League.
